I purchased a product on amazon on 22nd August o[censored]sing Amazon UPI linked with the account same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 28 August maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you.

    Opened and maintained the canchamp a/c on 18/2/09 with hanuman nagar patna as per the requirement. Even this year also we have deposited the money for maintaining the account. Now when i went 4 educational loan for my son i got a very cold reply from my branch manager they are not willing to talk to me in this matter. I felt cheated in this regard. As per his suggestion i should convert my cancham account to savings account or simply close the account. I am in a fix as we have followed each and every requirement of canchamp account of canara bank. It is the question of my son's education and his future. Please resolve this issue.

        I am supposed to receive a refund from amazon.in by 9thjanuary 2020 but still isn't not credited. As per the conversation from tha amazon executive, he had confirmed you amount was initiated on 9th jan 2020 and my refund reference number is (40zx1yrc0000k3y3rh27) but have not received and my canera bank account number is[protected], i have paid the amount through debit card on 1st january 2020 and my debit card last ending 9441. And my amount is 1859. I did this transaction on 1st january 2020. Please provide my refund amount of 1859.           I received a refund reference number by amazon almost 8 days back, i still haven't got my refund of 18999 credited to my sb account (Canara bank) bangalore (Chandra layout) branch. The funny part is that these people don't even accept complaints by customers.

          The online order was placed on 9th of january 2020 its been 10 days almost, every time i call amazon they askk me to talk to the bank and every time i call the bank they ask me to call the amazon customer service, they are not ready to register a complaint, and they are not able to provide aany valuable information regarding this issue,

                  I had deposited one cheque of rs. 370000 on 07/10/2019 in my saving account number[protected]. The cheque deposited in canara bank a. R. Street branch. The cheque returned without any proper reason. I had meet manager regarding abovesaid matter three times and give letter dated 29/10/2019, 19/11/2019, and 19/12/2019, obtain the receipt duly singed by manager. There is no reply till this date. Due to deposited cheque returned by bankn my issued cheque to number of persons are bounce. They demand the charges and compensation from me. I suffered monetary loss, damage of my reputation and mental torture as i am senior citizen. It is clearly show the part of bank there are careless, not to reply, negligence of work n provide bad service. Therefore they are liable for compensation. Kindly release the compensation and penalised them.

                      I purchased a product on amazon on 27th september 2019 using my canara bank credit card number [protected].. After that i returned the item and i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 30 th september 2019 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 0r9x0lo90000k0ocng1g and i had contacted your customer service number several times and there is no proper response and u people saying reference number is incorrect. But i verified it from amazon and its correct.. Hence i am sending a mail. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                        निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त विषय में मैं भी इसका शिकार हुआ हूं । इसमें कहीं न कहीं बैंक भी जिम्मेदार है क्योंकि जब रुपया भुगतान के लिए खाता जोडा जाता है तो उसकी पूर्ण जांच होनी चाहिए खाता संख्या और नाम पूर्णतः मिलाये जाना चाहिए तभी खाता संख्या भुगतान के लिए जोडी जाना चाहिए। मैं कुछ भुगतान विवरण संलग्न कर रहा हूं यदि यह भुगतान मेरे द्वारा जोड़े गए नाम वाले खाता नहीं है तो भुगतान वापस मेरे खाते में जमा किया जाए। समस्या का समाधान है या फिर से शिकायत बंद कर दी जाएगी।

                            My ordered room heater was cancelled by amazon due to lack of stock and succeeding that amazon done all its refunding formalities (Reference number - 40zx1yrc0000k3y3pt91) but no notification about the refund was provided by canara bank nor any money was credited to my account hence the bank should provide notification about the refund or should credit the money to my account as soon as possible.

                                        Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
