I booked product in 26the dec 2019 and cancelled on 31the dec 2019 and the amount is initiated on same day but still i didn't get my refund of 1432.60 rs. So please help me out. I tried to purchase a product on amazon on 30th of december using my canara bank debit card of account number[protected] and payment was done. After that the order was cancelled by the bank. very slow work

I have open account in your bank two months ago my account is not active till now and every time i come to your nallasopara east branch the passbook printer is not working it's my 4th time when passbook printer is not working. Also bank staff is very lazy they do not work properly. They don't provide information properly. And the staff over there are least bothered about the problems faced by the customers. I have made written complaint to the branch, reminded them no of times but no action so far. I had also complaint to the banking ombudsman but without any result....

I was transferring amount of Rs. 1050/- through phone pay to a person phone pay is showing transaction has been failed but amount was debited from my account it is not yet credited to my account or to transferee account within 24 hours. I waited for 24 hours and raised ticket with phone pay but did not get any response and I even I call to bank their response also negetive. ecs mandatory charges

It is noticed that from my sb a/c statement of 23/12/2019; the ecs mndt chrg of rs. 177.00 debited to my sb a/c. There is no prior communication from bank and local officials are not aware of these transaction.

This is a violation of rbi guidelines on ecs transfer.

refund credit issue

Hello, the refund was initiated from Amazon on 16/12/2019 and it's been not reflected even after 7days of initiation. 8m unable to contact Customer care because of wrong number provided in the website [protected]. Refenece transaction I'd given by Amazon is: 30005493519338095400765. This is the second time happening with bank regarding refund issue. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
