I had deposited one cheque of rs. 370000 on 07/10/2019 in my saving account number[protected]. The cheque deposited in canara bank a. R. Street branch. The cheque returned without any proper reason. I had meet manager regarding abovesaid matter three times and give letter dated 29/10/2019, 19/11/2019, and 19/12/2019, obtain the receipt duly singed by manager. There is no reply till this date. Due to deposited cheque returned by bankn my issued cheque to number of persons are bounce. They demand the charges and compensation from me. I suffered monetary loss, damage of my reputation and mental torture as i am senior citizen. It is clearly show the part of bank there are careless, not to reply, negligence of work n provide bad service. Therefore they are liable for compensation. Kindly release the compensation and penalised them.
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
