Canara Bank — Cash deposit, email id updation

Visited canare bank in tirupati renugunta road branch recently for email id updation as well as cash deposits, such a worst service form the cashier, she is directly denying to accept the cash which was printed before 2005, same was intimated to manager same response from him, but as per rbi guidelines customers can deposit the cash which printed before 2005. And till now no email was updated, unable to login to internet banking.

As ac holder of canara bank my cash has debited from paytm but same day they have refunded as they sended me a ref no through email, but it is not credited to my ac i trying to connect with customer care but there is no response please do the needful
