Canara Bank — Cashier in naraina branch did not deposit the cash | |||||
Sir I have savings account in canara bank rajouri branch, on 14th december 2016, i went to canara bank naraina branch to deposit cash. It was rs. 49500/- which i had to deposite but the cashier said since my bank account is not linked to my pan card therefore he can't accept the cash. My account is an active account and, i received my salary in that account. I am also a tax payer then why did he not accept the cash, above all pan card is required for cash deposit of rs. 50, 000/- Please look into the matter.
