Canara Bank — Complaint about the services and employees | |||||
Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Priya Malviya having my salary account in cathedral college Jhansi branch, my account no is[protected]. I have been facing a lot of problems in banking with canara bank because of some lazy employees of your bank who never care about the customers and their time. There is an employee, Ms.Kavita Nagar she always treats the customers in such a rude and weird way. She always delays the things and ask the customers to come next day but the work is not done the next day also and when we ask her anything she doesn't even reply properly and ask to wait. Please teach her how to behave with the customers. I am compelled to continue my account because of my school. I would request you to pay some heed on the issue. I have a saving account in Canara Bank, Delhi Sme okhla, A2 okhla Industrial Area Phase 1, Yesterday date 23.09.2019, i have done Two transaction from adhar UPI but by default transaction have not successfully & also 20, 000 Rs debited from my account and amount till now have not refunded,
so regarding that i have gone to my canara bank at branch okhla industrial area phase 1, i told their staff (Vivek ..) relevant all things related to my amount debited,
then Vivek staff of canara bank told me very badly behavior that बैंक से बाहर जा हम तेरी इसमें कोई मदद नहीं करेंगे क्यूंकि मेरे पास टाइम नहीं है ये सब फालतू के काम करने के लिए, & Vivek also give me abuses, And then they got me out of the bank, always treats the customers in such a rude and weird way,

Your bank employee is actively involved in real estate business. I think he is not blind.
The Govt is already supporting the blind people through various schemes. So I think the blind employees must be removed from the banking sector. As they are unable to solve the issues of the customs immediately.
They are a burden to the customs and to other bank co-workers as well. More over many eligible healthy unemployed youth can also get jobs. And their families can also lead a respectable life instead of few blind.

This is to raise a complaint against The Manager of Canara bank Singaperumal Koil branch (Pincode 603204). I had an issue with my account. As I did not receive any response from the employees working over there I thought my issue will be fixed if I talk to the manager. And that guy seems to be very rude. He didn't even want to listen to whatever I say. I really had a worst experience leading to the close my account. Kindly take necessary action on the manager of singaperumal koil branch.
