Subject: i'm complaining regarding the irresponsible behaviour of the canara bank melapalayam tirunelveli branch employee
This is in regards with my mom's account[protected], account holder name noorjahan at canara bank melapalayam tirunelveli branch, ifsc code: cnrb0001109. On mar 27, 2017 around 8.10 pm, we withdrawn 4000rs. From melapalayam kvb atm. That was a successful transaction. Post to that, at 8:15 pm, we tried a withdrawl from canara bank atm melapalayam. We got a message on the atm screen that the "transaction is been cancelled" and no cash was dispensed. After that we left the atm and left out of station as it was already planned. But after sometime we got a message to registered mobile that the transaction was debited. We really got shocked as the machine said the transaction was cancelled. This entry was for the amount worth 6000rs. We imediately called canara bank customer care and enquired the case. They said the amount reversal will happen in next 24hrs. But it didnt happen. We came back to tirunelveli on apr 5, 2017. And gave a written complaint at the branch regarding the false transaction. They asked us to come after 10days. Today my mom again went to the bank for enquiry of the false atm transaction. The employee named prabhakaran didnot give proper response to my mom. My mom is an uneducated person. I live in hyderabad. So i was trying to explain the person over phone of what had happened. But he spoke much harsh and irresponsive. He was not interested to listen to either my mom or me. We don't know really what had happened to our 6000rs and really hurting to see the behaviour of a bank employee. Please take necessary action on this complaint and respond to us.

Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Bank and bank officers will not accept coin currency of india now these days due to this the growth of our business and product is much lesser.
Please take action soon as possible
