I have transacted money online using my debit card and my money is still not paid to the person I have transacted and the amount I transacted was Rs817 on 30/10/2017

I had been to canara bank and deposit cash by machine, it shows everything clear but unfortunately at last it shows unsuccessful transaction and money deposited by machine but doesn't credit in my account..
So pls its a humble request to check n solve this issue

The amount was supposed to reflect in my a/c by 1st November. However, it hasn't.
I contacted Amazon customer care regarding the issue, and they directed me to apply for the claim.
Please do the needful.
