Canara Bank — complaint | |
Hi, I'm jeni janet the customer of your bank. Recently i have booked a phone from amazon and i have made online payment and the amount has been debited from my account. The product was not up to the mark so i returned it and they have informed me that they will return the amount on or before a week. Eight days have been passed i confirmed from amazon customer care that they have credited the amount but the balance is not showing in my account. Please can u have a check that what is the issue and revert back as soon as possible. Awaiting for a possible and quick reply. Was this information helpful? | |
