Canara Bank — did not receive refunded amount from amazon | |||
I returned two products on amazon on 21/01/2022 which were bought using canara bank debit card. As per the confirmation received from amazon, they initiated the refund on 21/01/2020. They said i would have received my money by now (As of today 28/01/2020). But still, it's not reflected in my account. Amazon had provided me with the refund reference ids which are 74332740022002142005094 and 74332740022002140805271. I had contacted your customer service number but there is no proper response hence filing a complaint here. Was this information helpful? | |||
