Canara Bank — didn't receive welcome kit for opening savings bank account

Hello,
I opened a savings account online in canara bank 2 days back, they said they will send the welcome kit to my registered mail.
But still now i didn't receive the mail, so please take this complaint up and resend the login details and welcome kit to my registered mail
The concerned authorities should look upon this and help thus get solved as soon as possible
