Canara Bank — dispute complaint | |||
My account no[protected] I purchased a product from amazon on 11th Nov 2019 using my canara bank debit card we ordered wrong colour and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 18 th Nov 2019 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. Today(18.12.2019) one has been passed they didn't refund the respective amount (Rs.1062.01)to my bank account.I had contacted your customer service and the response was negative and I didn't got any answer for my mail.
