Canara Bank — dispute transaction | |||
Sir i am abhijeet maid i have a/c[protected] in your canara bank at ambad maharashtra. 9/11/17 i transferd rs 15400/- of amount to other bank (Sbi) a/c by using can mobile banking amount is debited in my a/c. But affter a minute i got message from canara bank (Beneficiary bank node is offline please try again latter) then i called to canara bank help line they said that amount will be refund with in 48hrs but still i didnt refunded amount and also we are cheked trnsferd a/c but that amount is not credited in that a/c... I have made an online shopping in myntra using Canara bank debit card, they have refunded to my amount on 31st October, but it was not reflected in my acnt.
They have provided me a reference no. 74056637304730334333558.
I request you to refund the amount asap.
