Refund Rerfernce number: 74056631110110914532407 I am very much frustrated by the customer service provided when I called the toll free number. I didn’t receive the information I required. The credit application isn’t working properly from April 25th, I am unable to login now. After so much trouble and waiting I was able to get my bank statement. I don't see the refund in the statement. When I called Canara Bank credit service, they were least helpful they don't even basic information. I am suppose to receive 26473 refund from Amazon on April 24th, it's been more than a month I didn't recieve my. I am trying to find out if I did receive that amount. I am unable to get that information from anywhere and anyone. No one is help full. If I call customer service one person told me the available balance is negative 208. Other person told me the available balance is 48000. none of the information is true. Now after seeing the statement the avaliable balance is 429. This is really frustrating and so much stress.
