Canara Bank — ecs mandate charges

I have a account in canara bank, gandhi nagar banch, nagpur. (Kaushal khattiri) recently i have started a sip and i have been charged an amount of 354/- four times in the month of september for ecs mandate charges. The charges are high. And none of the branch executives are helping to resolve the issue. I wanna know that on what basis the bank is charging 354/- just for mandate charges. I cant just ignore paying 1416/- in a month for mandate charges this is my hard earned money. Please give me a remedy to it.

My account balance is automatically debited in RS.338 that charge is ECS BFL I don't know why get this charge

I have an account in canarabank branch VALIYANGADI, perintalmanna, malappuram, KERALA. RS1885 is debited from my account in27th October 2020 for ECSBFL 206471HBAJAJ what is this why this huge amount debited from my account with out any information
