Dear sir/madam, I made fund transfer through imps from my account to other account an amount of rs. 500 to the beneficiary account no.[protected] on 21.04.2018. Amount debited from my account but did not credited to the beneficiary account so i request you to kindly resolve my issue soon as possible.
