Canara Bank — High rate of interest for housing loan

Sir,
My housing loan account number[protected], I had taken loan[protected] on fixed rate of interest as per the housing rate of interest it was 8.5%, but it was observered in schedule history of housing loan it was found that my rate of interest 9.25%.And further obsrevered that upto[protected].
I submit that from[protected] my rate of interest is 11.25% upto[protected].
I submit that from[protected] my rate of interest is 9.25% upto[protected].
I submit that from[protected] my rate of interest is 10.50% upto[protected].
In the view of above subjects its clearly established that the bank as not followed the proper rate of interest periodically change of rate of interest given direction of RBI the bank not updated the change of interest in the loan I submit that my long term loan duration 240 months I observe that my rate of interest is not updated till now even my representation given to the bank and further the matter was also discussed with AGM&GM during 2016.I request the matter should be heared by DGM/GM/MD because the housing loan rate of interest has not been followed as per the circular RBI further the bank failed to update in there system it is negligence in the part of the bank I submit that the rate of interest from 2005 till date and the present rate of interest is 9.55% I observe that after 5 years my rate of interest should be converted to floating rate of interest but branch also not updated in system after my representation before AGM&GM still my problems about rate of interest is not solved by the branch even though they are well aware the present housing rate of interest is 9.15%.
Wherefore I request before your authority to fix the proper rate of interest as per the bank manual and directions and instructions given by RBI and Government of India subject to housing loan interest from 2005 till date.
