Canara Bank — I didn't get my refund | |||||
My name is urmila and my account number is[protected], canara bank, sector 24 branch. I have returned a product in amazon for rs.1206 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs.1206 has been initiated on 1st november 2017 and it will be credited to my account on 6th november 2017, till now (13 november 2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number through mail. Refund reference number: 74332747306730505901051 I have contacted canara bank customer care to solve this issue but there is no use.
