Canara Bank — I have not received my refund | |||||
I have ordered a 499 rupees goggles from Amazon I recived my order on 30 March but it was too small so put it for refund next day on 1 June dilevery boy came and taken goggles and they were saying that your order will be refunded on 6 June on the app also it was showing that order was order money was refunded on my bank account so I checked my account my money was not transferred so I call to costumer service of Amazon they had given me this refund code HSBCN[protected] and told me to call costumer service of my bank so I call to my bank they are saying that your oder money has not credited on my bank account so I again call to Amazon costumer services and they say me to call my bank costumer service and tell them to file charge dispute form but canara bank costumer service was not filing it so I am my self filing it now I request to please refund my amount fast and please take a serious action on costumer services of canara bank THANK YOU, Was this information helpful? | |||||
