Canara Bank — I was added money in paytm ac but that transaction was failed but money was deducted from my bank ac

Sir, i was added 80 rs in paytm wallet on 14/02/2017. But that transaction was failed and that money was deducted from my bank AC. I have complaint about it to paytm care but they told me that amount was not paid by bank to paytm. Please try to solve this. AC no[protected]

I am complaint about it to my home branch but they told me to contact with paytm care and paytm care told me contact with bank employee for this. I'm requested to you to solve this problem.
