Canara Bank — i'm complaining about a refund that has not been credited to my account even after 20 days of processing it.

I was supposed to receive a refund from amazon for rs.2147 which was processed on 02/04/2020 and it should have been credited to my canara bank account atleast a week ago. I tried calling both customer cares but amazon says they have processed the refund and provided a refund reference no - 479661 and asked me to dispute the transaction with the bank's customer care. I called canara bank's customer care and i complained about the refund but they said if the amount was sent from amazon it would have been credited to my account and that they can't do anything with the refund reference id provided by amazon. Both are just accusing on each other but i know from experience that canara bank always delays crediting refunds even the other party has sent the money. Please help me with this issue.
