Canara Bank — im complaining about the transaction and refund issue of amazon | |||||
I have booked mobile device in Amazon bussiness india with using my rupay card of money 12499 Rs after booking transactions complited amount debited from my account but order not placed.After all enquiries amazon customer service agent is saying we already refunded to your account but bank is responsible for to give the refund amount to your account after this i called agin to amazon customer care again they were saying that same solutions after all this they are saying book the charge dispute so i am complaining to you please help me.. And also my question is if we knowing this much of knowledge still we are struggling with to get refund if the peoples dont know anything about this type of procedure are included in this refund how can they get so amazon is good but they are irresponsible in refund issue taking long time please people who are booking in amazon take care of net banking and pay on card option.
