I want to bring to your kind attention that the employees working in Canara Bank, Dr. MGR Educational Research Institute, Maduravoyal, Chennai - 600 095 are irresponsible and reluctant in their functioning. Particularly the ladies staff of your bank are making people to think that how to close the account and shift to another bank by their treatment to the customers. Please understand that this is not healthy practice. IF you are not taking any actions against them, I will forward the same message to CM Cell, Tamil Nadu, RBI Complaint Cell, Finance Minister Complaint Cell and finally to the PM Cell. Sir, while making online payment to BSNL on[protected]at 09:57:20) the transaction is failed and the amount of Rs. 1247 has been deducted from my account. Even after a lapse of more than 12 days the amount has not been refunded so far. Please do the needful to credit back the same to my acct.
