Canara Bank — mobile banking complaint

I have recharged my airtel number [protected] through canara bank mobile banking for account[protected] two times with reference no MB[protected]/08/[protected] for Rs.100 and with reference no MB[protected]/08/[protected] with branch code 8888 for both. The amount is debited from my account but not credited to mobile number.So kindly refund.
