Canara Bank — Mobile recharge unsuccessful but amount debited and not refund

Today early morning I have recharged my vodafone mobile no thru Vi app using my Canara bank debit card for inr 699. The recharge was unsuccessful but I've been debited the same amount. Spoke with Vi customer service and i was advised to check with bank as the recharge was unsuccessful.

Today 25.10.2022, i have tried to recharge my mobile through the canara Bank app for the amount of 299 but the amount was debited from my account till the recharge is unsuccessful. I kindly request you to refund my amount of 299.
