Dear Sir, I am addressing you in connection with the above subject. I have purchased one fan from Rathna Fan House on 1st January 2017 vide Invoice No.65658 dated 01.01.2017 for Rs.1, 970/- at 10.14 AM and the payment was made through my Debit Card ending with 7026. On the same day evening when I opened the net banking I found that the amount of 1, 970/- has been debited twice from my account. Immediately I have checked with the Rathna Fan House and they told me that they have received only one payment from my Debit Card and they have given list of payment received on 01.10.2017 and I am enclosing herewith a copy of the same duly highlighted for your immediate reference. I have also made a complaint to Canara Bank, Customer Care through phone and they have informed me that the excess amount debited to my account will be credited within 48 hours. Now that the 120 hours has already completed, I have not received the excess amount debited to my account. I would request you to kindly verify and the credit the excess amount to my account immediately and oblige. A line in reply will be appreciated. Please treat this matter as MOST URGENT.
