[Resolved]  Canara Bank — Net jrf fellowship portal not logging in due to not processing of forget password request

Website: scholarship.canarabank.in

I am not able to login the scholar portal on SFMP since I got my email I'd and mobile number updated through admin in my university (MLSU). I didn't received any mail regarding updation and new password and logging through forget password option says 'forget password request could not be processed'.The university also sent an email regarding this but not got any response yet. so please help me to resolve the issue so that I can check my fellowship record.

No step was taken by the company. It didn't respond in any way but I just made an attempt to make a new registeration with my updated email I'd on scholar portal, and this way I recovered my account successfully through system generated password sent to my email I'd.
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My sb account numbers:[protected] and[protected] last 2021 pass book not update any time bank me chale jao bol dete hai ki server down hai or printing machine kharab hai bank manager ko bhi bola par koi bhi staf[censored]nki baat nahi sunta pls. Necessary action
