I purchased a product on 16th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 20th of thi month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number-258809.

I have been a very old customer of canara bank, where all my family members hold an account in the bank. She reported late to the office on 24.10.2017 and was supposedly missing from the office on 23.10.2017, where sidelined the office responsibilities and was enjoying her personal holiday on the specified days. My concern is that mr. Manoj kumar who is a employee of canara bank baghpat branch
I have given him 8.95 lac rupees to deposit in to my account & it's been more then 4 months i did not get any money and that amount i gave in to the bank premices only

I have a canara bank account and avail its internet banking feature. The very first i'm able to login to the internet banking interface after the user registration. Then after each time when i try to login says the "customer id is invalid or in correct".

After trying my same customer id (Provided by the bank) and password two more times, it will lock the account. Again need to unlock the account. Enquired with the bank but...

I am holding my sb account in canara bank, hennur branch. I gave request for updating my signature in 2016. After receiving my cheque book i issued 4 cheques.2 cheques bounced back saying difference in signature. A balance 2 cheques gone for clearing. The first 2 cheques which were bounced were charged fine of rs 500 per cheque. Why i should loose my money for the irresponsibility of the bank officials. Kindly help me out....
