Canara Bank — No option of add biller in Net Banking

Sir, I have to start SIP of Axis Mutual Fund from my canara account and i have been provided URN number by mutual fund and i want to add biller or urn number in internet banking app to for monthly debit of SIP from my account. But there is no option at all in the net banking. I want to add biller and autopay automatically in net banking this add biller or add biller name, urn number this option is in every banks internet banking. I have also called customer care regarding the query but to my surprise they dont know the procedure of how to start autodebit of SIP or add biller. They just asked me to visit the branch. Please provide me the steps through which I can start autodebit of my SIP. Is there any option available on net banking or I have to visit nearest branch or my home branch. Please provide all the steps as early as possible.
