[Resolved] Canara Bank — non credit of amount | |||
My father bidarthi singh is account holder of canara bank (Branch rampuratauli 001728). He was expired on 06 apr 18. All documemt for transferring of amount to my mother lavan dhari devi duly completed submitted to branch manager on 23 may 18. New ac in favour of my mother also opened on 23 may as per advised by bank. Branch manager always assured that "apka kam aaj ho jayega". But wo aaj kab hoga pata nahi. Amount is not credited to my mother ac till date. My mother is too old and cannot chase the application in bank daily . I am working 1000 km away from this branch. I have done mobile top up for sundirect 753 through can mobile on 11/06/2018.transaction no[protected].i received a message top up transaction sucessful but the the amount not yet clear.plz do neeful help for me sir.
