Canara Bank — non issuance of solvency certificate even after submitting a copy.

Hello,
My name is mohammed mujeeb ullah, i have been maintaining an account in canara bank, abids, hyd for the last 25 years. I wanted a solvency certificate for my account because i applied for a loan from another agency. I requested to the manager for the solvency certificate multiple times. I even gave him a copy of the solvency certificate which was given by the loan agency from canara bank, jharkhand. I requested him multiple times but he keeps telling me that he won't give the solvency certificate. At last he said that it is not in his power to do so. Also he doesn't speak properly with me he keeps talking in a rude manner and always walks away in middle of a conversation. What is the point of maintaing an account for so long with a bank if i can't even get a simple certificate. Please i request you to look into my request for issuance of solvency certificate as it is needed for my loan approval.
