Sub: Payment of arrears towards additional family pension from December 2013 to till date.
Ref: My P.P.O No.[protected] and S.B. a/c No.[protected].
I have completed aged 80 years during December 2013. As per the revised pension payment order quoted above (copy of which is enclosed) an additional amount of Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven hundred only) plua DA has to be paid towards my family pension from December 2013 to till date.
Hence kindly arrange to pay the arrears of Rs.700/- plua DA per month from December 2013 and may be credited to my S.B. a/c No.[protected] of Canara Bank Kanchipuram
