[Resolved]  Canara Bank — Not able to change my canara bank scholars fellowship portal(SFMP) password

I am a student of phd jamia millia islamia and have qualified jrf in the year 2020.Few days back on scholars fellowship management portal(SFMP) i tried to change my password using forget/unlock password option .But whenever i tried to login into my SFMP account using the one time password obtained on my mail id, it opens up an unknown error occured page.I am unable to access my fellowship account from several days.Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

company did not called me or text me.I tried again changing the pswd and it did happen.I don't know if they had made some modifications or it happened on its own.
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am not able to login and started facing the same issue of insufficient privilege page.I tried changing password option but it also did not work .Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I am Akshaykumar, Ph.D student of Karnatak University, Dharwad. I am not able to Register my Scolars registration in Canara bank fellowship management portal

After registering in SFMP, it said I would receive an email with a one time password to login to my account. But I have not received the email till now and it has been three days. I have tried doing 'forgot password' and it takes me to next page where it says I will get email with OTP but no mail has been received yet. My mail account is working fine and I received other mails related to fellowship activation from Scholarship Section email account, but no OTP. My Student ID is 202223-UGCES-22-GE-ASS-F-SJSGC-16445. I have emailed to the helpline email IDs I found online but I am not sure if those are working mail IDs or not. Request you to look into the issue. Thank you.

It's almost a month since Apr 26 2023 but no response from Canara Bank yet. I haven't received any OTP after registration and my User ID is now locked. I can't access the scholar portal using my student ID and nobody has been able to help me with this regard. I am not receiving any message/mail from Canara Bank regarding the processing of my fellowship at all.
