Canara Bank — Not able to login to SFMP canara bank portal

I am Bindushree, PhD student at Centre for Brain Research, IISc campus. I have cleared UGC NET JRF and have activated fellowship from the year 2020. I am suddenly not able to login or change password for my account using OTP sent by canara bank email. As this is very important to procure my fellowship, I urge that this issue be resolved quickly. I have emailed, canara bank scholarship, UGC net regarding the same. Please resolve the issue.
