Dear team, 5000rs has been debited without my knowledge, so I went to the home branch of Murugamalla Canara Bank. I spoke with the branch manager, and he said that he couldnt help us. I have not responded to any SMS, links, or calls and biometric from the fraudster regarding the debit from my account. I am escalating the matter to the branch manager, kindly take the necessary steps.

        Not able to login to SFMP canara bank portal

        I am Bindushree, PhD student at Centre for Brain Research, IISc campus. I have cleared UGC NET JRF and have activated fellowship from the year 2020. I am suddenly not able to login or change password for my account using OTP sent by canara bank email. As this is very important to procure my fellowship, I urge that this issue be resolved quickly. I have emailed, canara bank scholarship, UGC net regarding the same. Please resolve the issue....

            My account is freezed for reasons unknown. When I contacted the customer care they told me to visit the branch. But I am based in Hyd. How can I take leave for 1 day and go to Vijayawada just to reactivate my bank account. It was locked on sep 7th, for reasons unknown.
            Kindly solve the issue, because I need to use the funds.

                Fraudulent withdrawal
                Rs 2500 have been fraudulently withdrawn by suspicious transaction as on 18.08.2023 from A/C :[protected]
                branch santoshpur, kolkata, west Bengal around 6.44 pm from CANARA BANK.The account was dormant.
                The transaction taken place aadhar based AEPS payment probably local CSP

                santoshpur, west bengal LODGED COMPLAINT AT BRANCH AS WELL AS LOCAL POLICE STATION
                how bank has given access my biometric data to fraudster?how transaction taken place after banking hour from dormant account?
                please do the needful.

                    I returned a item to Amazon which was worth @₹1, 160/ Amazon processed that refund but it is not reflected in my bank account till now. I complaint previously but there is no response for that. I need instant resolution for that problem.

                      I did imps transaction on 31/08/2023 at 12:13 pm but it shows pending status .Amount is debited from my account nd not credited to beneficiary account.How much time it takes to get credit that amount to beneficiary account It's already more than 26hours pls resolve my problem as soon as possible...

                      I returned the product which I bought from Amazon worth ₹1160/- and they refunded my amount at 19-20 August 2023. But the amount is not reflecting in my bank account yet. Amazon provide me the return reference number i.e.
                      [protected]. I give to my Bank's customer care executive but they said there is no transaction details with that reference number. Amazon said they issued my refund. I want to get my refund soon. Please co-operate with me. I will highly obliged to you.

                        I Sachin bijay sharma, savhing account holder of canara bank nagour wadi branch .

                        one of my friend credited 1000 rs on[protected] and bank deducted that amount in name of esc charges .

                        again on[protected] Rs 825 credited and again the whole amount debited .

                        i have a credit card of amazon pay later, the issue is like the amount which i have to pay and the amount they are showing is totally wrong . its the mistake from there side so i didnt paid the amound . when the aount settled down correctly i had paid off the amount . noow because of my canara debited card is attached to this amazon pay later idfc bank partner . canara bank charges that amounts .

                          I cannot access my details on the scholar's corner of Canara Bank.

                          For the last 9 weeks, I have not been able to log into my Account. I have also tried "forgot Password/unlock password", many times now. Still, I'm not able to log in even with the new password received in the mail.
                          After I used the "forgot password" option, the system sent an OTP to my email but when I used that OTP, an error is displayed again and again:
                          "User ID is locked, Use Forget Password/Unlock User ID Option for changing the password.".

                          Please rectify this issue ASAP

                              I would like an explanation on why an amount of 590 has been debited from my account without a prior notice. This is not acceptable in any way. Since it’s almost the month end and whatever is remaining in the bank is for the commitments any person is tied up with. Kindly inform your customers a detailed explanation of why a deduction is being made, how much it is and when will it be getting deducted. Least you could provide us with is the information which we deserve to know.
