Not Receiving SMS alerts when debit card is used for cash withdrawal at ATM as well as for shopping

Our two mobile numbers have been registered with you on which we get our balance information from you on giving missed call only.
However, for more than a year we do not receive any SMS at all when we use ATM card for cash withdrawal or shopping.
We have repeatedly complained in this respect to the concerned branch and even again recently confirmed in writing, the above mentioned mobile numbers, to the branch office. However, it has proved to be of no use.

Please note that this is a serious matter but bank has almost not taken cognizance of it.

If any loss is caused to me for not receiving such transaction SMS, you will be solely held responsible.
