Canara Bank — online neft amount not received

I have transferred rs 3000 from my sbi account no - [protected] on 20-11-17 online through neft to the canara bank account no[protected]. The amount is deducted from my sbi account but not received at canara bank account.

Utr no: sbin[protected]

I loss my old number .so i like to joined my new number in my account
Sir mere account se kuch rs minus huye hai maine use withdrwal nai kiya hai mere ac me 3155 ra tha 1/12/2017 ko 1000 rs withdrwal ke bad lekin 11.45 pm ko mag aya 655 rs hai
