Canara Bank — online payment failed but amount debited | |
On 24 july 2019, i paid rs. 600 through debit card to henna industries private ltd. Located in faridabad, haryana. Canara bank debited rs. 600 from my debit card but the payment was not successful. Henna industries did not receive the payment. Here is the statement of that transaction- Account statement as of[protected]:22:52 gmt +0530 Customer name nhb Branch belgaum camp Account number[protected] Account currency inr Txn date 24-jul-2019 00:49:01 Value date 24-jul-2019 Cheque no.[protected] Description one97communicationlifaridabadhrin -24/07/19 00:49:01/1276 Branch code 33 Debit 600 I called up customer care the next day itself and told them about this. I was told that the entry would be reversed in a month's time. Whenever i attempt to register an online complaint through canara public grievance redressal system, i get "invalid input" while trying to fill up the complaint description. This never used to happen earlier. It is a month now and the amount has still not been credited back to my account. Please reverse the entry. Let it reflect in my account.
