Canara Bank — payment debited but not credited to payee a/c | |
I made an online payment of rs. 1813/- from my canara bank savings account[protected]Customer id:[protected] through mtnl payment gateway to mtnl on 8th february, 2019 and a confirmation message had been sent to my registered mobile number. But while trying to print out the receipt from mtnl website, it is being shown that the payment is still unpaid. Please look into the matter and arrange to refund the amount to my account if it is not actually credited to the account of mtnl. Was this information helpful? | |
