Canara Bank — payment failure/not yet refunded

I did a payment of rs. 2021.24 on 16 may 2018 through my debit card (Rupay) online but the transaction failed and money has not been refunded yet... Please help me out as soon as possible

I already did contact bank and they have raised complaint but i need my money back as soon as possible because i am in urgent need of money and left with almost no amount so please look into this matter to the best..

I did an online recharge through portal2bsnl.in for the prepaid mobile number [protected] through billdesk and the transaction failed. However the money that is 319 was deducted from my account. I kindly request a refund of that amount.
