Canara Bank — payment not reflecting in my account | |
I purchase the product from amazon on 17th of october and it was cancelled by me and afterwards i receive a message from amazon is that refund initiated on 20th october 2018. The refund amount is 5923. I also show the mail details which amazon send to me for the payment reference number Amazon Your account amazon.in Message from customer service Hello, I am sorry to know that you're unable to find the refund for the order #[protected]. I’ve checked the details and can confirm that the refund has been successfully processed on friday 19 october 2018. Here is the refund reference number: 351390 The amount should reflect in your bank account statement or credit card statement after refund date + 5 business days. I request you to check your bank account statement between the dates refund date - refund date + 5 business days and you will be able to locate the refund. If you still don't see your refund, please contact your bank customer service and dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.
