Canara Bank — payment not reflecting in my account

I purchase the product from amazon on 17th of october and it was cancelled by me and afterwards i receive a message from amazon is that refund initiated on 20th october 2018. The refund amount is 5923. I also show the mail details which amazon send to me for the payment reference number

If you still don't see your refund, please contact your bank customer service and dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. The bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
