Canara Bank — pending upi transaction

I had a pending upi transaction through my canara bank account on which i have filed a complaint and charge dispute too for refunding the money in my account for two times. But it have has more than 2 weeks there is no update from canara bank and nor my money is refunded.

I had done transaction from Amazon pay upi(canara bank) to paytm upi linked to another bank (Karnataka gramin bank) my amount has been deducted but not to recievers a/c so pls refund my amount
