My name is pradip abasaheb shelke my canara bank account no:[protected]. I have been awarded national fellowship for students of obc for the year 2015-16. My student id 2015-16-nfo[protected]obc-mah-27441 fellowship is not credited for six times because of b1failure reason and insufficient balance (B1). Would like to know the reason for failure.
