Canara Bank — POS machine installation delay | |||
I had applied for POS machine on 23/11/16...now its more than 1 month there is no response from the bank regarding this...contacted my local branch and circle office but they said the delay is from head office due to huge demand.. even if it is getting delayed at least the customer can be informed about the delay..there was no such effort from the bank...even tried calling few numbers...non of then responded...tried to complaint through chat...the number they gave does not exist...tried with a relative in Bangalore and he said bank did not respond well...never expected this from canara bank i request the authority to kindly look into the matter...at least provide us an expected time and some means to check the status if cannot speed up the installation Dr.Divesh Divakaran Sai Sharan Dental Care Accnt No:[protected] Ayodhya Bypass Branch, Bhopal, MP [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I can not get any Debit card since october. I have lost my pin and when I am going to my branch then they were telling there is no card issued from the head office. So, i request you to issue a new card to me.

My name is rupesh kumar. i asked canara bank itanagar branch to tell me about the pos swiping machine. I.e.anything, about it so that i will take swiping machine in my shop but there is not a single person known about it in the canara bank itanagar branch. Even the General manager of bank told me to google it .
Such poor service of canara bank. I am thinking to close my current account as soon as possible.
