I went to Canara Bank UCMS & GTBH branch, Shahdara for opening a PPF Account, they asked to come after 3-4 days & till then they'll avail me application form. After 1 week, they weren't able to do that also. then I apllied online & got a reference no., & was asked to show that to the branch I mentioned in form, they'll check my KYC & process will be done.But when I reached there they told me to fill written form again as they didn't know about online cases. Moreover for form I had to come again after 3-4 days.
THEN WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF MAKING CANARA BANK PPF ONLINE?
