Canara Bank — refund amount not credited

Hey,
My name is Anil Kumar B and my account number is[protected].I have ordered a laptop from amazon on 10th October 2018.Bud due to some reasons related to seller, I have cancelled the order on 11th October 2018.After that amazon send a mail that the refund was successful and gave a reference number.But the amount wasn't credited in my account.I have payed the amount with my rupay debit card.So i just called amazon customer care and they are saying they have transferred the amount successfully its the problem related to my bank.When I just called the canara customer care they saying they cant help me.So I don't know what the problem is and I'm little bit tensed.So please help me to credit the amount into my account.I hope that it will credit the amount today itself.I am also adding the screenshot of all mail received from amazon.Kindly help me.
