Canara Bank — refund by amazon not credited to my account | |||
My refund from Amazon of Rs. 3271 upon cancelling an order has not been credited to my account even though the it was processed on 19th Jan 2020. Upon calling Canara Bank Customer Care they say the fault is on Amazon's side and Amazon's Customer Care says the fault is on the bank's side. Please kindly put through my refund amount.
