Canara Bank — Refund from Amazon has not been credited to my account | |
Hello Team, This is in reference to the order I tried placing - order details as below: Order date - 15-Jul-2020 Order #[protected] Order total - Rs. 8, 000.00 (1 item) I cancelled the order but have not received any refund yet. Upon contacting the Amazon customer care I was informed that the refund was processed vide Ref. Number 74332740199019849238684. However when I contacted the Canara bank Customer Care citing the same, The bank informed that they have not received the refund. Please review and credit the amount to my account at the earliest possible or let me know the next level of escalation point for me taking this further.
