[Resolved]  Canara Bank — refund from amazon.in has not been credited into my bank account

Hello, my name is tridip.
I am an account holder of canara bank, kokrajhar branch, assam.
I had refund of rs. 3999 it was not credited to my account.
Refund reference is 194390.
My canara account number is[protected]
Here is the e-mail that i received from amazon which states as-

Your refund of rs.3999 has been processed successfully on 2018/01/01 11:26:00. The amount should reflect in your account by 1/6/2018.

The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 194390.

In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. But the thing is that i haven't received my refund till date.

Please do the necessary. The amazon customer care to charge a dispute. So pls do the needful to get the amount. The refund is issued on 3/1/2018. Pls make necessary arrangements so that i could get the refund.
