Canara Bank — refund from amazon not reflected in my account. | |||
Dear sir My account no:[protected] Customer id :70363021 I purchased a product on amazon on 3rd of the month of november using my canara bank debit card. I received the product. The product was not satisfactory, so returned the product. I didn't receive any refund till this date. As their confirmation refund was initiated on 3 rd of december of this maximum time frame was 20 days. Still it is not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332748340833750968449. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Also i requested my bank to help me out with this situation but they didn't help. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.
