Canara Bank — refund has not returned | |||||
I had booked a train ticket in ixigo app. While booking the money had been deduced and booking had cancelled. And they said that they will refund the money to the orginal mode of payment (Canara bank debit card) on or before 17th. But days gone. So i contact them through mail. They send a pdf where the pdf says a correct details of mine. And it shows the all detail contain transaction id, arn number, etc and it says refund has completed on 10.10.2018. But money not yet came to my account. I had contact the customer care and atm of canara bank. They said no transaction had happened. Please help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
