Canara Bank — refund is not received in account from amazon | |
Dear sir My account no[protected] I purchased a two products on amazon on first was on 17 june & 2nd was on 19 june using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 18th & 21st of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 1) 74332740171017075613028 & 2) 74332740174017360706997 I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you.
